GofluxTV takes intellectual-property rights seriously. We act on valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent laws, and we remove or block access to any material properly identified as infringing.
Sending a notice
Send your notice to us through WhatsApp (+212 610 046 062) or the contact page, marking it clearly as a copyright complaint so it reaches the right person. Please include everything in the list below, as an incomplete notice has to be returned before we can act on it.
What the notice must contain
The copyrighted work you say is being infringed.
Where the material sits, described well enough for us to find it.
Your name, postal address, telephone number and an address we can reply to.
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
Your signature, physical or electronic.
What happens next
We confirm a valid notice within 2 business days and act on it within 5. If anything on the list above is missing, we come back to you for it rather than sitting on the notice.
If your material was removed by mistake
Believe something of yours was taken down in error? Send a counter-notice to the same channel, with the same identifying details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake.
