The steps, in order
Have your login and our WhatsApp open
Open the message we sent when your plan started; it holds the username, password and server URL you are about to enter. Keep the WhatsApp chat open beside you. Because this app installs a little differently on each platform, being able to send us a screenshot means we can confirm you are on the right screen for your specific device rather than a generic one.
Install the app for your device
Android TV and phones pull it from Google Play. A Firestick wants a sideload through Downloader, laid out step by step in our Firestick guide. Samsung and LG stock it in their own stores as IPTV Smarters. On Apple, search IPTV Smarters Player. Windows and Mac installers come from the developer site. If your store shows several look-alikes, screenshot them and we will point out the right one.
Choose Login with Xtream Codes API
Agree to the terms on the opening screen and choose the Xtream Codes option. Leave the M3U route alone unless we have sent you to it, because Xtream fetches the guide and on-demand library on its own while M3U frequently will not. Picking the wrong one here is the usual reason a setup looks half-finished.
Enter your GofluxTV details
Give the profile any name, then enter the username, password and server URL, including the http:// and the port exactly as sent on WhatsApp. Tap Add User. If you are on a phone, paste each value from the chat rather than typing it, which removes the trailing-space mistake before it happens.
Load the guide, then set the player
The app now pulls in channels, on-demand titles and the program guide, and the guide can need a few minutes to fill out properly, so do not judge it in the first half-minute. Under Settings, then EPG, turn on showing the guide over live TV. Then under Settings, then Player settings, choose the built-in player with hardware decoding, and flag a few favorites so your daily list stays short.
Test a channel and confirm the guide
Open a busy channel and give it a minute; if it plays cleanly and the guide is filling in, the setup is done. If the guide is still sparse, remember it can take several minutes to populate a large line-up on a first load. Mark a handful of favorites now so that on every device you set up next, your everyday list is already short.
Repeat the same setup on your other screens
Because the login is identical everywhere, once one device is done the rest are quick: the same Xtream option, the same three values, the same player setting. Set your favorites once per device and each new screen feels familiar. If a particular device names a menu differently from this guide, a screenshot to us confirms you are in the right place.
Stuck on any device? Send us a screenshot
Because this app spans so many platforms, the quickest help is always a picture of the actual screen you are on. If the channel list is empty, the login is refused, or the app keeps closing, photograph it and message us. We will tell you the exact setting for your device, and if it is an account matter we will sort that from our end.
Stuck on a step, or seeing a menu that does not match what is written here? Send a photo of the screen to support on WhatsApp and a real person will walk you through the rest while you are in front of the television.
When something is not right
It says your account is expired
That is your subscription hitting its end date, not an app fault. Renew over WhatsApp and the same credentials work again within minutes, with nothing to reinstall and no settings lost. If it still reads expired just after you renewed, send a screenshot and we will refresh it from our side.
The channel list is empty after login
Swipe down to refresh, then sign out and in again. Still nothing? Then a value in the server address is off, and the port is the usual suspect. Retype the server line by hand rather than pasting it, and if that does not do it, send us the login screen so we can match the details to your account.
The app keeps closing on a Firestick
Empty its cache under Settings, then Applications, then Manage installed applications, then reopen. If it keeps happening, remove it and put on a current build, since an old APK on newer Fire OS is a frequent cause. Tell us your Firestick model if it persists and we will confirm the right build.
The guide stays empty over live TV
Switch on the option to show the guide over live TV under Settings, then EPG, and force an EPG refresh. The guide data comes with your login, so there is no separate URL to add. A large channel list simply takes time to build the first time; if it is still blank after a refresh and a restart, send us a screenshot.

IPTV Smarters Pro IPTV FAQ
Is IPTV Smarters Pro free?
On every platform the app is free, and it always has been. The snag people hit is that it opens empty: it holds no channels itself and needs a subscription added as an Xtream login before anything shows. You are never charged inside the app, so if a screen asks you to pay to see channels, stop and message us.
What is an IPTV Smarters Pro subscription?
No standalone product of that name exists. People typing the phrase are looking for something that works inside the app, and that is exactly GofluxTV: an Xtream Codes account carrying the whole channel list and on-demand library, entered a single time and then live on every device you own. Ask us and we will get that login going with you.
Smarters Pro or TiViMate, which should I use?
Smarters is free, plainer and runs on everything, which makes it the sensible default. TiViMate offers a much stronger guide plus recording and multi-view for roughly ten dollars a year, but only on Android. If live sport is the reason you are here, TiViMate earns its place; otherwise Smarters is plenty. We are glad to help set up either.
Does the same login work if I change devices?
Yes, that is the point of standardizing on this app. The same username, password and server URL sign you in on a new Firestick, phone, television or computer, and it takes under a minute once you know the steps. Your plan limits how many streams play at once, not how many devices carry the app, so set it up on everything you own.
