The steps, in order
Have your M3U link and our WhatsApp ready
Open the message we sent when your plan started and find your M3U link, which is what Smart IPTV needs. Keep the WhatsApp chat open on the same phone or laptop you will use for the upload. This app sends you back and forth between the television and a browser, so being able to screenshot either screen to us mid-way is what keeps the process smooth.
Install Smart IPTV and note the MAC
Open your Samsung or LG store, find Smart IPTV and install it. Launch it a single time and record, or snap a photo of, the MAC address on screen, since the following step needs it and by then you will have moved to a phone or laptop. Copy it exactly, every colon in place; this value is what the whole setup rests on.
Upload your playlist at siptv.app
From a phone or laptop, open siptv.app/mylist. Type in that MAC address exactly, paste your GofluxTV M3U link into the URL box, tick Keep online, and hit Send. If the page throws an error or the MAC will not take, screenshot it to us before retrying, so we can set the MAC against what the set displayed.
Restart the app and organize favorites
Close Smart IPTV on the television and open it again; the channels and guide load from your uploaded playlist. Take a couple of minutes to mark favorites and hide the groups you will not watch, so the everyday list is short. The app is minimal by design, so this small bit of tidying makes the biggest difference to how it feels.
Activate after the trial, and message us if unsure
A free trial runs first, and when it ends the app asks for a small one-off activation covering that single television, done at siptv.app/activation. That charge is the app developer, not GofluxTV, and we have no hand in it. If the activation page puzzles you, or you cannot tell whether it applies, send a screenshot and we will spell out what it is.
Confirm the channels loaded and tidy the list
Back on the television, open a busy channel and watch it for a minute to be sure the upload took. Smart IPTV is deliberately bare, so spend a couple of minutes marking favorites and hiding the groups you will not use; that small bit of tidying is what makes this minimal app pleasant rather than a wall of channels.
Send us a screenshot if anything is off
If the list will not upload, the television stays blank, or the activation page confuses you, stop and send us a screenshot on WhatsApp. The MAC-and-upload steps are ones we walk people through every week, so we can usually spot the problem from a single image and get you from stuck to watching in a couple of messages.
Stuck on a step, or seeing a menu that does not match what is written here? Send a photo of the screen to support on WhatsApp and a real person will walk you through the rest while you are in front of the television.
When something is not right
The list uploads but the TV shows nothing
Wait a full minute and restart the app before assuming it failed. Then check the MAC was entered exactly as the television shows it, colons included, since one wrong character sends your playlist to a set that does not exist. Smart IPTV also holds only one playlist at a time, so any earlier upload is replaced.
Smart IPTV says the playlist has expired
That message is about the app, not your GofluxTV plan, which is unaffected. Reinstalling the app or resetting the television clears its stored list, so upload the M3U again at siptv.app/mylist against the same MAC. If the MAC changed after a reset, tell us the new one and we will help you re-point it.
You entered the MAC and nothing happens
Double-check you used the MAC that Smart IPTV itself shows, not the network MAC from the television settings, as the two differ and only the app one works. Photograph the app screen and the upload page and send both to us; comparing them side by side is usually all it takes to spot the mismatch.
The channels loaded once but are gone now
If the playlist was working and then vanished, the app may have dropped it after an update or a reset, or the Keep online box was not ticked at upload. Re-upload the M3U at siptv.app/mylist against the same MAC with Keep online ticked. If the MAC has changed after a reset, send us the new one and we will help.

Smart IPTV (SIPTV) IPTV FAQ
Smart IPTV versus SSIPTV, what is the difference?
They are two different apps from different developers tackling the same job in almost the same way, and the near-identical names cause no end of mix-ups. Smart IPTV uses the MAC upload described above; SSIPTV can accept a link straight on the television. Both work with GofluxTV, so use whichever your TV store actually carries, and ask us if you are unsure which you have.
Do I have to pay for Smart IPTV?
After a short free trial the app asks a small one-time activation for that television, paid to the app developer, not to us. It is separate from your GofluxTV subscription entirely. If you would rather avoid it, IPTV Smarters on the same television has no such charge, and we are happy to set that up with you instead.
Is Smart IPTV or IPTV Smarters better on my TV?
Smart IPTV is lighter and often smoother on older Samsung and LG sets, at the cost of a one-time activation and the MAC-upload step. IPTV Smarters is free and signs in directly with your Xtream login, which many find simpler. Both work with GofluxTV, so if you are unsure, tell us the age of your set and we will suggest the better fit.
Do I upload my playlist again if I get a new TV?
Yes; because Smart IPTV ties the playlist to each television MAC, a new set means uploading your M3U to its MAC at siptv.app/mylist, which takes a minute. Your GofluxTV plan and channels do not change. If the new set will not show the app or the upload fails, send us a screenshot and we will sort it with you.
