GofluxTV – IPTV Subscription With Real 24/7 Human Support

How to Use Your GofluxTV M3U Playlist Link

An M3U file is far simpler than its name implies: a plain list that pairs channel names with stream addresses, and no more than that. Every GofluxTV subscriber receives a personal M3U link next to the Xtream login, and it is there for the players that want a playlist instead of a login form, mainly VLC, Kodi and Smart IPTV. For most modern apps the Xtream login is the better call because it pulls the guide itself, but when a player only accepts a playlist, this is the link you turn to. This guide covers how to use it and how to keep it healthy, and it really is a two-minute job once you know where each piece goes. Because a leaked or mistyped link is the usual source of grief, our team stays on WhatsApp throughout: if a player will not take the list, send a screenshot and we will tell you whether it is the link, the player, or something we need to reissue for you.

Before you begin

  • Your personal GofluxTV M3U link from WhatsApp
  • A player that accepts an M3U URL, such as VLC, Kodi or Smart IPTV
  • Our WhatsApp open in case the list will not load

The steps, in order

  1. Find your link and keep our WhatsApp open

Pull up the message we sent when your plan began and find your M3U link, which reads like http://server:port/get.php with your username and password tacked on as parameters. Guard it like a password, because whoever has that link has your subscription. Keep the WhatsApp chat open, so if a player turns the list down you can send us the screen rather than deciding the link is dead.

  2. Paste the link into your player

Inside VLC, open Media then Open Network Stream. Smart IPTV picks it up at siptv.app/mylist tied to the set MAC. For Kodi you add the IPTV Simple Client and drop the link in its M3U field. Both TiViMate and IPTV Smarters will take a link under M3U playlist, though in those two the Xtream login treats you better. Paste instead of typing so a long link keeps every character.

  3. Add the guide if the player asks for it

A few players ask for the program guide as a separate item from the playlist. What they want is your server address again, this time finishing xmltv.php, with the usual credentials on it; ask and we will send it over. If the player shows no separate guide box, it is already reading the guide out of the M3U, so there is nothing more to do.

  4. Organize favorites where the player allows

Simpler players like VLC do not do favorites, but Kodi, Smart IPTV and the Smarters and TiViMate M3U modes all let you hide groups and mark channels. A couple of minutes trimming the list to what you actually watch is worth it, because an M3U file this size is unwieldy to scroll through raw.

  5. Play a channel and keep the link safe

Open a channel to confirm the list loaded, then tidy it where the player allows by hiding groups and marking favorites. Above all, store the M3U link somewhere private, because it carries your username and password inside it; anyone who has the link has your subscription, so treat it exactly as you would a password and never post it anywhere.

  6. Choose the right player for a list this size

A file with thousands of entries is heavy for simple players, so if VLC or a basic app crawls, move to one that handles categories, such as TiViMate or IPTV Smarters, or ask us for an M3U filtered down to your country. Matching the player to the list is the difference between a sluggish experience and a quick one, and we are glad to advise which fits your device.

  7. Send a screenshot if the list will not load

If the player shows nothing, loads painfully slowly, or throws an error, do not keep re-pasting the same link. Screenshot it and message us; we can tell from the error whether the link needs reissuing, the player needs a different setting, or a filtered version of the list would serve you better on that particular app.

Stuck on a step, or seeing a menu that does not match what is written here? Send a photo of the screen to support on WhatsApp and a real person will walk you through the rest while you are in front of the television.

When something is not right

The list loads very slowly

That file holds thousands of entries, and plainer players read every one before they show a thing. Either move to a player that copes with categories, such as TiViMate or IPTV Smarters, or ask us for an M3U trimmed to your country, which loads far faster. Tell us which player you are on and we will suggest the best fit.

Some channels are dead in VLC

VLC has no favorites and no fallback, so a single channel that will not start can look like a broken list when it is not. Try the HD or SD copy of that channel before assuming a fault. If a whole group is dead, send us the group name and we will check the source from our end.

You think your link has leaked

Because the M3U link carries your username and password in it, treat a leak seriously: if you have shared it, posted it, or used it on a device you no longer trust, message us and we will reissue the link. Your channels and plan are unchanged; only the link itself is replaced, and the old one stops working.

The guide is missing even though channels play

Certain players pull the channels out of the M3U but still want the guide handed over on its own. That is your server address once more, ending xmltv.php, credentials attached, which we will pass along on request. Where a player has no dedicated guide field, it is taking the guide from the playlist already and nothing needs adding.

M3U playlist IPTV FAQ

Why do the free M3U lists on GitHub stop working?

Because they are scraped feeds reposted for anyone to grab, and thousands of people pile onto the same source at once, so the host blocks them or just collapses, usually inside days. There is no one to contact when it dies, and the sites dishing them out are a known malware route. Your GofluxTV playlist is tied to your account alone and has a real team behind it, which is the whole difference.

Should I use the M3U link or the Xtream login?

On modern apps, the Xtream login, because it pulls the guide and on-demand library by itself while an M3U often will not. Keep the M3U link for the players that only accept a playlist, such as VLC and Kodi. Both carry the same account, so you can use whichever a given device needs, and we will point you to the right one if you are unsure.

Can I use my M3U link on more than one device?

Yes; the same link works in any player that accepts an M3U URL, on as many devices as you like to set up. What your plan limits is how many streams play at the same time, not how many devices hold the link. Because the link carries your credentials, only put it on devices you trust, and message us to reissue it if it ever leaks.
