The steps, in order
Open your details and our WhatsApp
Bring up the message we sent when your plan started, which holds the server URL, username and password. On an iPhone this is a real advantage, because you can copy each field straight out of the WhatsApp conversation and paste it into the app, which removes typing mistakes entirely. Keep the chat open so that if a screen looks off you can send us a photo without hunting for our number.
Open the App Store
The App Store sits on the Apple TV home screen, and on an iPhone or iPad it is the familiar App Store icon. Check that your Apple ID is signed in, or the install will stop halfway through.
Install a player
Search for IPTV Smarters Player, iPlayTV or GSE Smart IPTV and install one. Smarters is free; the other two carry a one-time price and a tidier interface. Skip anything named TiviMato or Tivimax, which are not TiViMate and do not belong to it. If several results look alike, screenshot them and we will point at the correct one.
Sign in with your GofluxTV login
Open the app, choose the Xtream Codes option and enter the username, password and server address, including the http:// and the port. On an iPhone, paste each field from WhatsApp rather than typing. Let it download the channels and program guide, which is quick on Apple hardware.
Organize favorites and add AirPlay if you want
Flag the channels you actually watch as favorites and switch off the categories you do not, so the list is short from the outset. If you would rather leave the television untouched, you can AirPlay a channel from an iPhone to an Apple TV or any AirPlay set in the same room, both on the same Wi-Fi. It is a tidy way to sample the service before you commit a TV to it.
Play a channel and set the engine if needed
Open a busy channel and watch it briefly. Apple hardware is quick, so most feeds start at once; if one loads a picture with no sound or refuses entirely, that is the player engine, which you switch to VLC or FFmpeg in the app settings. Confirm you chose the HD copy as well, since large line-ups list both HD and SD versions.
Use AirPlay and Picture-in-Picture sensibly
On an iPhone you can send a channel to an Apple TV over AirPlay, or float it in Picture-in-Picture while you use another app, and both lean on your Wi-Fi. If either stutters, move closer to the router or play directly on the device instead. Used within a strong signal it is a genuinely handy way to move a stream from room to room.
Send a screenshot if something stalls
If the channel list loads but a stream will not play, or a screen simply does not match this guide, photograph it and send it to us on WhatsApp. On Apple the usual cause is a player engine setting, which we can name from the image, and if it is something on our side we will tell you straight away rather than leaving you to retry blindly.
Stuck on a step, or seeing a menu that does not match what is written here? Send a photo of the screen to support on WhatsApp and a real person will walk you through the rest while you are in front of the television.
When something is not right
The list loads but a stream will not play
Some channels use codecs that Apple devices only decode with the right player engine selected. In the app settings, switch the engine to VLC or FFmpeg and try again. If one channel refuses while the rest are fine, that is upstream rather than your setup, so send us its name and we will check it.
You cannot tell the real app from the copies
The App Store lists several apps with names close to the real ones. The genuine free player is IPTV Smarters Player; iPlayTV and GSE Smart IPTV are the reputable paid options. If you are unsure which icon to trust, screenshot the results and we will confirm before you install anything.
AirPlay keeps dropping mid-stream
AirPlay leans on your Wi-Fi, so a weak signal shows up as stutter or a dropped picture. Move the iPhone closer to the router, or better, install the player directly on the Apple TV so nothing has to be relayed. If installing on the TV is a problem, tell us the model and we will suggest the simplest route.
The app forgets your login after an update
An occasional iOS or tvOS update signs a player out. Because your three values never change, you just re-enter them, or paste them again from WhatsApp on an iPhone, and you are back in under a minute. If a stubborn app will not hold the login at all, remove and reinstall it, and message us if it still will not stick.

Apple TV and iPhone IPTV FAQ
Is there an IPTV Smarters app for Apple TV?
It is, on the tvOS App Store, and free. It handles the Xtream login, and the guide, catch-up and on-demand areas all work. TiViMate really is absent from Apple TV, whatever the look-alike listings suggest, so do not pay for an impostor; if you want TiViMate you need Android hardware, and we can suggest the cheapest way in.
Can I watch GofluxTV on my Mac too?
Yes, in three ways. Put IPTV Smarters Player on from the Mac App Store, open your M3U link in VLC or IINA, or lean on the browser player with nothing to install. Our Windows and Mac guide covers each one, and if you would like a nudge, message us and we will name the simplest for how you work.
Can I set up GofluxTV on my iPhone and Apple TV both?
Yes; install the player on each and enter the same login, and on an iPhone you can paste the values straight from WhatsApp. Your plan limits simultaneous streams, not the number of devices, so both can be ready at once. If you want to watch on two screens together, ask us which plan covers it.
Why can I not find TiViMate on the App Store?
Because it has never had an Apple version; the listings that look like it are unrelated apps trading on the name, so do not pay for one. On Apple hardware, IPTV Smarters Player is the free, genuine choice, with iPlayTV and GSE as paid alternatives. If you specifically want TiViMate you need an Android device, and we can suggest an inexpensive one.
