Troubleshooting guides
TiviMate EPG not loading
The guide reads No Information or will not load, on any TiviMate build. Add the EPG URL, fix the time zone, refresh and wait out the first download.
EPG works in Televizo, not TiviMate
Televizo fills the guide but TiviMate shows No Information on the same account. The two apps read EPG differently — point the guide at TiviMate too.
TiviMate catch-up not working (M3U)
Catch-up is greyed out with a plain M3U. Archive data usually rides on an Xtream Codes login, so switching the source normally brings it back.
TiviMate added but no channels
The playlist saved but the channel list is empty or a group looks blank. Reload it, check hidden groups and the filter, and confirm the line and format.
Not sure which one fits? Start with the TiviMate setup guide to confirm your playlist and EPG are added the right way, browse every setup guide, or read the IPTV FAQ.

IPTV troubleshooting FAQ
Why does my IPTV guide say No Information?
Almost always because the EPG source is missing, still downloading, or the device clock is on the wrong time zone, not because of your subscription. Add the EPG (XMLTV) URL to your playlist, force a guide refresh, and give a large guide a few minutes to arrive.
How do I know if a problem is my setup or the service?
Open the same channel or guide in a second app on the same account. If it works there, the first app is misconfigured — usually a missing EPG URL, the wrong playlist type, or a time zone that is off. If nothing works anywhere, check your internet first, then message the desk.
What is the most reliable way to add a playlist?
An Xtream Codes login is the most dependable source for players like TiviMate, because it carries the channels, the guide and the catch-up archive together. A plain M3U link often leaves the guide or catch-up out, which is behind many of the problems listed here.
