The principle we work to
We ask for as little as the job requires and hold it no longer than we have to. Nothing on this page is sold, rented or handed to advertisers. If you would like to see what we hold, correct it or have it erased, the "Your rights" section below tells you how.
What reaches us, and when
Through the trial or contact form: the name, email address, device and optional WhatsApp number you type in, together with the IP address the form arrives from, which we use to hold back spam.
When you order on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp profile name and number and the plan you picked. Payment itself is handled by whichever provider you choose in that chat, so card and account numbers are never seen or stored by us.
What we do with it
We use these details to open and support your account, send your login, answer your messages and remind you before a term runs out. That is the whole list; there is no profiling and no onward sharing for marketing.
How long we keep it
Account records stay while your plan is active and for 12 months after it lapses, so a renewal can reuse the same login, and are then deleted. Messages sent through the site forms are removed automatically after 90 days.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages help. No advertising cookies are dropped. You can block analytics in your browser and every page still works exactly as before.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, have mistakes corrected, or have it deleted; you may also object to a particular use or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Message us on WhatsApp (+212 610 046 062) and we respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU or another region with a data-protection regulator, you are also free to complain to the authority in your country.
Keeping it safe
Everything travels over HTTPS and is stored where only the support team can reach it. Your login is delivered to you through WhatsApp; please keep those details to yourself, as anyone holding them can sign in.
